300-HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING IN INDIA
The 300-hour yoga teacher training course covers traditional components of hatha yoga, which are Asana (yoga poses), Pranayam (yogic breathing exercises), Bandhas (yoga energy locks), and Shatkriya (yoga cleansing actions). These components are taught from the perspective of modern values of cultures so that students can not only understand the methodology but also apply the knowledge to benefit themselves and others.
The graduates who have completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training become eligible to be admitted to the 300 hours of yoga teacher training, a magnified yoga course. This course explains all the concepts at an advanced level. By pursuing it, the person develops a broad knowledge of yoga. The environment of the ashram makes it easy for the person to focus on the training quickly. The advanced-level yoga teachers of the ashram help you with every doubt and provide you with the best education in yoga, practically and theoretically. Eligibility for taking this course
- Although no formal experience is required to enrol in the 300-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, you must have an enthusiastic personality.
- All students (beginner to expert) can join a 300-hour yoga teacher training program.
- A flexible and injuries free body is NOT a require condition for this training, In fact, WE ENCOURAGE people of different body types and those too who can take physical challenges.
- One year of regular yoga practice before the start of this course is optional.
