Achraya Vinod Ji
Style / Mantra
Acharya Vinod has been practising yoga for more than 30 years and feels he was born doing it. His practice and teaching are her greatest joys, and he loves sharing the healing component with his students. Vinod continues to study various disciplines. A perpetual student, he is particularly drawn to his current teacher. He is also a registered Teacher specialising in mantras and meditation.
Yogi Ashish
Style / Hatha
Ashish has been studying yoga for more than 20 years. With a background in energy work, he never planned to teach but found herself immersed in the world of yoga, studying with a wide variety of yogis and yoginis — and loving every minute. A corporate marketer and writer by vocation, he remains passionate about yoga — and believes that something magical happens when people come to the mat. So he continues to study and deepen his practice — and to share it with our students.
Magdalena
Style / Hatha & Vin
Magdalena is very passionate about Yoga and hopes to encourage her students to love it, too. Her classes suit all ages and levels, from Beginners to Advanced, in her relaxed, gentle, and calm teaching methods. These classes are not high-energy, fast Vinyasa styled, but a slower, more thorough, and relaxed teaching method, where one feels like they have worked yet leaves feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, distressed, and calm.
Anil Kumar
Style / Ashtanga
Initially, I approached yoga as a physical practice that would make me sweat and burn calories. But deep inside, I felt something was missing. I was fortunate to stumble upon Nath Yoga Ashram, where I learned that yoga transcends the physical body. My classes will focus on moving within the breath to reach a state of meditative relaxation. We will foster gratitude toward our body and a playful exploration of challenges in and out of the mat.
Yogi Staym
Style / Hatha
Hatha yoga came into my life about twenty years ago after many sports injuries. Throughout that time, there have been so many excellent yoga teachers. Their unique contributions further deepened my love for practising yoga and meditation. I was encouraged to share this energy by becoming a teacher myself. So, my path led me further to Nath Yoga Ashram’s Teacher Training Program, which I completed in 2010 and became the foundation for my teaching.
